Market Data & Consumer Protection Analysis

Beyond calculator tools, this platform provides objective market intelligence derived from public government sources to help consumers identify risks in the battery market.

Data Sources (All Public Records)

  • -Clean Energy Council (CEC): Official registry of approved products including approval and expiry dates
  • -ACCC Product Safety: Recalls, safety notices, and consumer protection enforcement
  • -ASIC Business Registry: ABN verification, insolvency notices, director information
  • -Court Records: Class actions, bankruptcy proceedings, commercial disputes
  • -Synergy SSL: WA rebate qualification and VPP eligibility

Risk scores are calculated using five objective factors:
